The compulsory 95 EUR cleaning charge includes before arrival and after departure cleaning is added to the rental fee. There is an additional charge for A/C electricity only. There will be a10€ credit on the A/C meter on your arrival. Our key holder provides electricity cards which are 10€ each. 10€ should cover a 3 day stay. This is NOT for general electricity, so the lights will not go off in the night etc. Bed linen and towels are provided. Welcome packs are available for 48€. Welcome packs consist of the following items; Bread, Butter, Jam, Eggs, Bacon, Cornflakes, Milk, Tea, Orange Juice, Water, Wine or Beer. The owners of the property, shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise to guests at the property.
