A Spacious and Modern Apartment
With three bedrooms, a large lounge/diner and an enormous wrap-around sun terrace this apartment provided all the space needed for a most enjoyable holiday. All the rooms were nicely furnished and all bedrooms and lounge enjoyed air conditioning (the 10 euro credit included in the cost lasted the full 12 days of our stay). There is also a small safe for which no charge is made. The apartment is only a short walk (10 minutes at most on level ground) from the Al Kasar restaurants and shops. A perfect base for soaking up the sun and exploring the area.

Mooie woning
Het huis is precies zoals op de foto's en beschrijving staat. Keuken niet helemaal schoon (stof raggen hangen aan plafond en kastdeurtjes zijn vet). Rest van het huis was schoon en netjes. Terras is groot en door de ruimte altijd voorzien van zon en schaduw. In het weekend viel internet en TV uit, dit kan op dat moment niet gemaakt worden omdat de kabelmaatschappij geen weekenddiensten heeft. Toegang tot het wooncomplex via security en goede controle.

Mooi en verzorgd residentie”
Zeer tevreden over domein . Heel mooi en verzorgd appartement . Goed ontvangst en alles wat je nodig hebt te krijgen in winkel en eet en drink gelegenheden , alles is er zeer proper . De zee is op ongeveer 15min afstand .

Relaxing place to stay
We had a lovely week. Appreciated the covered parking as it was very warm. Loved the pool after a day out. Visited Puerto de Mazarron and had a swim in the sea.Had a few good meals at Big G's Diner which is walking distance from the apartment. Our favourite bit about the apartment was the wrap around terrace.It got the sun for most of the day but if it got too warm we pulled the sun shades across or sat round the corner. Then in the evening we had amazing sunsets after which the bats arrived to entertain us. We didn't want to go back inside.

Just about perfect
We have been on holiday to Condado many times over the past 8 years stopping in my sisters apartment. So for those that don’t know the complex and facilities here is my simplified quick overview. 7+ restaurants available on the whole complex, most of them within Al Kazar but with essentially one at each end of the overall complex. As ever it’s each to their own in terms of what you want from a restaurant, as such my sister doesn’t enjoy going to Big G’s but we love it. We love La Carta but tend to just share a large pizza, salad and fries. I’ve had their Spanish style hake which I love. This year we went to Sophia’s for the first time (last time we went there it was still a The Bulgarian); the meals were really top notch and if you are only eating out a couple of nights we would recommend Sophia’s over any of the others. We were there for 2 weeks so and feel we got it about right. Diversity Golf Club (the pro shop etc) - worth it to sit and watch the sun set even if it’s only for a drink. Condado Club - sorry adore the Spanish food but couldn’t resist the Friday night fish and chips, large is ‘pretty large’ - I know it always sounds rubbish but its the best fish and chips I’ve had in many many years - highly recommended La CATA pizza really light and fresh made, hake really nice Big G’s - sorry might be an American Dinner and a bit ‘corny’ but BBQ ribs are spot on Sophia’s - sea bass and the stake kebabs!!!! If you don’t mind a drive out try La Caverna, heading back towards Alhama, try the tomato/garlic toast as the starter - you get a lesson in how to do it and you won’t be disappointed, if you like stake then for us this is one of the places to go, we love this place. Hardly a word of English which is half the fun - highly recommended So most important thing ‘what about the apartment’. The website details are pretty accurate in terms of location, aspect, facilities etc. so I’ll just outline what I like/need on holiday and try to give you a flavour of the apartment. I may be shallow but one of the most (THE MOST) important things for me is to be able to sit in the early morning sun reading my book for an hour with a coffee before breakfast. Then early evening I want to sit reading my book, having a beer, watching the sun go down whilst the Wife is getting ready. So in the first week in September the sun comes up over the adjacent apartment at 09:11 in the morning and is on the terrace all day, all you do at the end of the day is turn the chair round and watch the sun set. So is it perfect for my simple morning and evening needs? YES. Apartment is clean with nice furnishings and furniture, very comfortable beds and settee. Well stocked kitchen in terms of all the things you need to cater for yourself. In September the sun is on the terrace all day but doesn’t get to the bedroom or living room patio doors, as such the apartment is really cool. Open the little window by the kitchen and you get a lovely breeze through the apartment. I forgot the view, well I guess if you’ve seen one golf course then you've seen them all but it is just so nice to sit/stand looking out at the mountains in the distance and survey the course; really beautiful evening views. By the way the terrace area is not overlooked and the only neighbour you can see is at the end of the next building at roughly the same elevation as you are, so private. All in all pretty much perfect for us to be honest. Lisbeth was fantastic, provided all the necessary information and was really helpful with any of our needs, equally SPARKLE who manage the on-site side of it were great. Please note WiFi password may be wrong on the email you receive, its the correct words and numbers just the case is wrong, check out the book under the TV it has the correct WiFi hand written in. If you struggle to find it just mess with the upper gas and make one of them lower case! Big question on reviews is ‘would you go back’ interestingly we have a dilemma, next time we could stop (at family rates) in a lovely 2 bed apartment that is my sisters rental. But would I love to stay in the Penthouse and would I pay the premium - ABSOLUTELY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED all round.

Lovely apartment with all amenities. Clean and enough space for the four of us. We know the area, have stayed at this resort before, so ideal for us. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Kids love the pool.

Fantastisch appartement voor goede prijs
Uitstekend onderhouden appartement. Rustige ligging, uiteraard is een auto noodzakelijk. Winkels dichtbij, wel druk om in de avond te eten, maar met een auto rijdt je zo naar puerto Mazarron om heerlijk aan de kust te eten.

A well equipped apartment for the whole family

Apartment was spacious, clean, tidy and everything there to help with cooking and cleaning. If you wanted to stay in there were games and videos to entertain the family. The patio was well equipped for sitting, sunbathing even Lilos were left. The washing machine and dishwasher was a must and tablets available for our use. The only items missing, which would have help was a dressing table and mirror.

Great apartments, very clean, modern, well equipped (a/c in every room), good location (near pool and Al Kasar), with round the clock security and ground maintenance. Lots to do in the immediate area with beautiful pool about a minute's walk away and restaurants and supermarket 5 minutes away. Al Kasar shopping mall is fantastic with nice restaurants, entertainment and the supermarket is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. We are not golfers, but we were reliably informed that the golf is fantastic there. The surrounding area has lots to offer to adults, 17 year olds, 14 year olds and 9 year olds ..... covers all age ranges! Beautiful beaches a short drive away with water activities, shopping malls,water park, go karting and nice towns to look round etc etc. You really need a car if you want to explore. Lisbeth was fantastic at responding with any queries we had which was very reassuring and Sparkle, who manage the property on site, are genuinely helpful and efficient, and open till late. Definitely recommend to anyone and we all would love to come again.

mooi penthouse op prima ressort. Ziet er prachtig uit, maar park lijkt niet afgebouwd. Vijvers eromheen zijn niet afgebouwd, ressort is matig bezet en nogal wat appartementen staan te koop, waarschijnlijk als gevolg van de crises. Voor eten en drinken moet je zijn in een groots opgezet centrum, waar ook een supermarkt is. Voor andere zaken, winkels e.d. en strand heb je echt een auto nodig. Hoewel de website zegt plm 20 min naar Mazarron, blijkt dat toch echt wel een half uur te zijn. Dit ressort lijk te zijn opgezet in tijden waarin alles kon. Rondomheen 4- baans geasvalteerde rijbanen, waar niemand rijdt. Honderden parkeerplaatsen, waar niemand geparkeerd staat. Maar voor zon, zwembad en rust is dit een ideaal adres.

1st Class Property
As expected, super properties and facilities. Description does not do property justice. Every mod-con there. First holiday with older teens now and our first holiday not being in a villa or our own private pool. Justified decision! Hope to do again....

Good relaxing holiday! Pool lovely, there is grass areas around the pool with some shade. Accommodation great, compact inside but outside space great which is where we spent all our time. Only downside is beds are very hard.

Excellent apartment - excellent golf
We stayed with for a week with the family in this very nice apartment. The apartment was in mint condition and had a lovely terrace for lazy afternoons in the sun. All in all, very well equipped and spacious - we missed nothing at all. Highly recommended.
We are a family of devoted and well travelled golfers. We LOVED the Alhama Signature golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Great condition and fantastic course layout. Challenging for all from a scratch golfer to the more happy non so straight shooter.

We really enjoyed our stay at this fabulous appartment. Very spacious and extremely well equipped, it felt like a home from home. May not suit everyone but the appartment complex itself was very quiet and peaceful with fantastic views across to the mountains, yet just a 5 minute walk took you to the complex with the bars, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlour and even a hairdressers. I would walk to the bakery each morning in glorious sunshine to pick up a fresh, warm baguette for breakfast. We were very sad when our week ended and we had to go home. Communication with Lisbeth and her agent was excellent. Thank you ladies.

Lisbeth tried really hard to communicate efficiently and warmly to every communication I sent before my family stayed in this apartment. I cannot fault her friendly, helpful treatment of her guests. The apartment itself is lovely, spacious and airy and very tastefully decorated. The views from the apartment are stunning and the site takes your safety and security very seriously. The facilities on the Condado are ideal for those wishing to take advantage of bars and restaurants without going off the site. There is a Spar supermarket and beautiful swimming pools and table tennis tables and an outdoor gym. Obviously the golf course is the big attraction but there are also paddle, tennis and basketball courts nearby. There is even a market on site on saturday evenings during the peak season, selling clothes, shoes and handbags and fruit and vegetables, as well as various items suitable for holiday makers. The wider location of the Condado is wonderful, between the Sierra Espuna mountain and the beaches/port of Mazzaron. Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante, Lorca and even Granada, are all within a reasonable radius (between 40 to 90 minutes drive) but a car is absolutely essential if you want to take full advantage of what is on offer off the site. A useful tip is that car hire is significantly cheaper from Murcia city than from the airport but this may be too much trouble if you are just coming for a holiday. The beds are very comfortable and indeed almost everything you might need for a very relaxing holiday is provided by your lovely hostess. If you are a family who wants to self-cater rather than eat out at the restaurants on the site, the usual holiday home kitchen warning applies, that you may be missing a few items in the kitchen but there are lots of takeaway options as well as the restaurants and bars available just a ten minute walk from the apartment. For those with limited mobility the apartment is perfect. We found it ideal for someone with a walker and in a wheelchair. If you are looking for somewhere to pass a very relaxing luxury holiday, look no further. you have found it! My family loved this apartment.

Un endroit pour se faire une santé
Super vacances pour faire du sport et se relaxer.Parcontre le voiture sera indispensable. La propriétaire est hyper réactice par rapport à tous les demandes. L'appartement est identique que les photos. La vue est carrément splendide.

Stayed in the apartment with my husband and our friends and it was first class from booking to arrival, leaving and right up until we got home. The owner, Lisbeth, was a pleasure to deal with and a mine of helpful information. Any email queries we had were answered very quickly and requests we had for arrival were dealt with perfectly. The property has everything you could possibly need in it, clearly a lot of thought has gone into this being a rental and the furnishings are all of a very high spec. Gorgeous huge terrace which is relatively private with the sun shining on it all day. Jill and Julie who look after the property were great and again gave us some good tips on arrival, lovely ladies who were very helpful. The complex is a little out of the way but that was exactly as we wanted. If you like to get out and about a lot then a car would be an idea however we used the company on the complex, Condado excursions for our transfers to and from the airport and they also contacted us throughout the 2 weeks when they had any transport booked to go to any tourist spots. Would thoroughly recommend this company too, great rates, very professional and very helpful. All in all , no complaints at all and we will definitely be back to this beautiful property.

Fantastic apartment in great location,
Our second visit to one of Lisbeth and Anders apartments at Condado. Excellent service prioir to out holiday. Lisbeth very prompt at answering any questions we had. The apartment was clean, smartly finished and was well equipped with all that we needed. Swimming pool is right on the door step. A huge wrap around balcony that catches the sun all day overlooking the pool and resort further afield. We enjoyed it so much we are returning again in September. An apartment not to be missed - enjoy!

Mycket fräsch och fin lägenhet med 4 sängar. Stor altan med fantastisk utsikt, morgonsol och skön skugga på eftermiddagen. Alla bekvämligheter med tv, wi-fi, fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin. Trevlig och fräsch pool. Området är mycket lugnt och vackert. Många fina stränder i närheten. Vi besökte både Murcia och Cartagena som båda är trevliga utflyktsmål. Stora möjligheter till en aktiv semester med golf, tennis, pingis etc. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Fabulous apartment,
This is a fabulous apartment. Very modern, light and airy. Everything you need and everything in excellent condition. The simplicity (no clutter) and stylish decoration of the apartment immediately make you feel relaxed. The large terrace is a bonus with areas for dining, sitting and sunbathing too with lovely mountain views. Air conditioning in all rooms makes for comfortable sleeping and relaxing out of the sun. Lisbeth was very helpful and approachable and Gill, her agent, most efficient. would recommend highly.

Perfect for a family
This is a very nicely decorated apartment on the top floor – in a landscaped property complex in the countryside close to Mazarron. It’s about an hour’s easy highway drive from Alicante airport. With a functional kitchen and large terrace with great views of the surrounding mountains, we felt at home immediately. Everything was in top condition – felt brand new. The complex had 2 good-sized pools and access to a bunch of sports options – including a golf course. Our family had great fun exploring Spanish Paddle tennis with an English-speaking coach. Charming surroundings: from the impressive Roman theater and ramparts of Cartagena to the Mediterranean beaches and orange groves. There was a small grocery store a few minutes walk away which had freshly baked bread and international newspapers. Also: Several different restaurants offering good value nearby. We’d love to come back!

Wonderful location and great value
We stayed in the Penthouse for a week in January this year. The weather was amazing and waking up to stunning views from the large L shaped balcony was the perfect start to the day. The apartment is large and airy with lots of natural light and we really loved the decor which is classy and comfortable.
The terrace overlooking the mountains is a great place to have dinner and the kitchen was well-equipped, so cooking was no hassle at all. There are several great restaurants within a 7-10 minutes walk and we had many great meals out as well.
The owner was very helpful and recommended lots of activities and places to go in the local area. This is a lovely apartment in a great location and I would happily recommend it to anyone whether for a vacation with friends or a family holiday. It was also really good value for money so we will definitely be coming back.

Had a fabulous week at Lisbeth's penthouse apartment. Apartment in fantastic location with outstanding views. Also a short walk to Al Kasar Shopping Centre. Apartment well equiped and clean. Very quiet. Also excellent help from Jill the property manager who met us on arrival/departure. Also assisted during the week when we had a problem with the cooker. We will definately be back.
